2.0TDI PPD170 BRD BVA 52mm hybrid turbocharger 200-230bhp

This is the ultimate bolt on turbo upgrade for the PPD170 2.0TDI BRD and BVA engines.
 
We've taken the superior common rail CR140/CR170 turbo and changed the downpipe studs pattern so the BRD standard downpipe can fit. Boost outlet has also been rewelded so stock BRD boost pipe can be used. CR exhaust manifold is required for it to fit BRD! (available as an option)
 
The turbo is fitted with high flow 9 blades CR170 turbine wheel and CNC cut 52mm 7+7 performance billet compressor wheel. It will produce 200-230 bhp running 1.7-2bar of boost max.
 
4bar MAP sensor and proper custom tune/remap is recommended for best results.
